1. Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to the kyats7 platform. This document is a legally binding agreement between users who access kyats7's website, mobile application, and all related services, and kyats7 itself.
By registering an account, logging in, or using this platform in any way, you are considered to have read and accepted the terms and policies set out here. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately and must not continue to use kyats7.
kyats7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 or older to use the kyats7 platform. We may verify your age at any time, and if you do not meet the requirement, your account will be closed immediately. Providing a false age is a breach of this agreement and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each user may hold only one account at kyats7. If more than one account is opened by the same person, we may remove bonuses, close the accounts, and forfeit any remaining balance. Accounts sharing the same phone number, payment method, or IP address may be flagged as duplicates.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing a false name, ID number, or payment details is strictly prohibited. kyats7 may request a copy of your ID or bank account verification at any time.
2.4 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. Do not share this information with anyone. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account by a third party, you must notify kyats7 immediately.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals Terms
3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amounts
kyats7 accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks, and this limit applies equally to all methods.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
- Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals are not allowed within 72 hours of a deposit — once bonus wagering requirements are met, the full balance can be withdrawn
- Withdrawals to a third party's name are not permitted
3.3 Transaction Verification
kyats7 may review deposits and withdrawals at any time for anti-money laundering purposes and may request supporting documents. If the requested documents are not provided within the given period, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.
4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
kyats7's welcome bonus is 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus and can play with a total of 44,000 Ks. That 24,000 Ks bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement, meaning you must wager 24,000 × 20 = 480,000 Ks before it can be withdrawn.
If you deposit 180,000 Ks, the maximum cap applies and you will receive only 100,000 Ks bonus, giving you 280,000 Ks to play with. In this case, the wagering requirement is 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.
4.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until a wagering amount of 5x the deposit has been completed
- If duplicate accounts or abuse are detected, bonuses will be removed
- Whether the wagering requirement has been met will be calculated accurately based on gameplay records
- A bonus claim must be submitted within 24 hours of making the deposit
4.3 Agent Commission Program
When you refer a friend to kyats7, you will receive 8% of that friend's first deposit as bonus funds, capped at 30,000 Ks per person. You will also earn 0.2% of that friend's play as a weekly commission.
5. Gameplay Rules and Responsibility
5.1 Fair Play
Games on kyats7 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). We implement SSL encryption and robust security systems to ensure fair play.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to gain unfair advantage from gameplay
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches
- Colluding with third parties to manipulate game outcomes
- Using bots or automation software
- Using gameplay as a tool for money laundering
If any of these prohibitions are violated, kyats7 may forfeit the remaining balance, close the account, and take action in accordance with applicable law.
5.3 Gameplay Limit Settings

6. Account Decisions and Protection
6.1 kyats7's Right to Close Accounts
kyats7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any reason — particularly if these terms are violated or bonus abuse is detected.
6.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact kyats7 customer support to make the request. After checking whether wagering requirements have been met, any remaining balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.
6.3 Income Tax and Legal Obligations
Any income tax or legal obligations arising from kyats or foreign currency winnings at kyats7 are the sole responsibility of the player. kyats7 cannot be held responsible in this regard.
7. Personal Information and Data Policy
Read our Privacy Policy for details on how kyats7 handles your personal data. By accepting this agreement, you are also considered to have accepted the data policy at the same time.

8. Limitation of Liability and Service Availability
8.1 Service Availability
kyats7 aims to provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond kyats7's control. We cannot be held responsible for any gameplay interruptions or losses that occur during such periods.
8.2 Technical Failures
If a server failure, connection loss, or any technical problem occurs during gameplay, kyats7 will make an effort to resolve any unexpected losses for players and will make decisions based on the activity records.
8.3 Restricted Countries
The services on this platform are intended for players residing in Myanmar only. Accounts attempting to access from restricted countries may be immediately closed by kyats7.
9. Dispute Resolution
For any complaint related to gameplay, please contact us through customer support — via Live Chat (on the platform) or at [email protected]. kyats7 will work to resolve the matter through the customer support team, and its decision will be considered final.
Your request must include the game record ID, the date and time of the incident (MMT), and a clear description of the problem, along with directly relevant supporting evidence. Without this, kyats7 will not be able to process the request.
10. Policy Amendments and Conclusion
kyats7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and the date of revision will be reflected under "Last Updated". Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, the remaining parts will continue to apply. This agreement as a whole represents the complete agreement between kyats7 and you.
